I am fortunate enough to support some amazing artists and teachers on YouTube and Patreon. One of these artists is Joni Young. She is a wonderful teacher and has kindly given permission to sell any paintings that her students create from her tutorials.
This image of a beautiful forest in green and blue with a mist in the distance made me think of so many beautiful parks that I’ve visited in the USA.
I feel such a sense of tranquility and hope and peace as if I’m walking through the most peaceful place on earth.

Bio: my name is Alex and I’ve recently started on a journey to explore how to paint in Acrylics after many years where I limited myself to drawing in pencil and pen. I’ve always enjoyed drawing and sketching but started painting with Acrylic in August of 2024. I plan to explore airbrushing, digital painting and fluid/dutch pours in the future.
Provenance: current held by the artist.
Pigments and support: Mars Black, Titanium White, Bright Aqua Green and Phthalocyanine Blue. This painting was painted on an acid free, 8×10 cotton canvas which was double primed with white gesso.
